169 St, LLC ("JuneBug Review") thanks you for registering with us. We provide this Privacy Policy regarding our online collection, uses and sharing of your information. JuneBug Review collects some or all of the following information whenever you sign up for or use the various JuneBug Review services and products, including without limitation the JuneBug Review Web site (the "Site"), and/or purchase movie tickets, or other products or services offered by JuneBug Review (collectively, the "Service"). Some of this information is collected automatically and some is collected only when you provide it voluntarily. Information Collected by JuneBug Review

JuneBug Review collects some personally identifiable information that identifies you as an individual, such as your name, postal address, phone number, fax number, email address, debit/credit card information or other form of payment method information, movie preferences, login ID, date of birth, gender, member name and password ("Personally Identifiable Information"). JuneBug Review also collects information that you may voluntarily provide when you use the Site or Service, that you may disclose in a public area of the Site or Service (such as on a message board (blog), or on an uploaded video/written review), or that you may include if you email us. In addition, when you use certain features of the Site or Service, JuneBug Review will collect the email addresses or other personally identifiable information of others that you may provide.

We also collect some non-personally identifiable information when you use the Site or Service. Cookies and Web Beacons

JuneBug Review Use of Your Information

JuneBug Review uses your Personally Identifiable Information to notify you of changes to the Site or Service, to let you know about movies or other entertainment opportunities, and other products or services you may be interested in, and to request your participation in surveys or other promotions. You can choose not to receive certain communications from JuneBug Review by contacting us at info@junebugreview.com. JuneBug Review also uses your personally identifiable information to process and fulfill your movie ticket purchases, provide you with information that you request, and deliver content to you that we believe may be of interest to you. JuneBug Review will use the email address you provided to send you invite and gift certificates, and other communications relating to such transaction, and any further communications as may be authorized by you.

JuneBug Review also combines your usage information (non-personally identifiable information) for the Site or other Service with that of other users to determine which features and areas of the Site or Service are most popular. JuneBug Review is intended for a general audience, and children under the age of 13 are not permitted to register as a member of JuneBug Review.
